Forms Mode

Forms mode provides a simple way of producing surveys, questionnaires and other online forms.

Form elements are specified as a | followed by descriptive text, followed by a second |, followed by an argument that sets the type of element. There are four possible element types:

1. |descriptive text|y inserts a ticked checkbox
2. |descriptive text|n inserts an unticked checkbox
3. |descriptive text|comma,*separated,list inserts a menu, were the default choice is marked by an asterisk
4. |descriptive text|any other text inserts a text field.

Any other paragraphs are treated as plain text.

The form submits the data to a generic script that emails the results to the contact email address of the account.
